You will work closely with our Director, Business Analytics, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve healthcare outcomes.
With a strong background in statistics and data analysis, you will be responsible for creating data visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights to our stakeholders.
You will also collaborate with our Information Technology partners to design and develop reporting and analytic solutions that meet the needs of our business.
As a Senior Healthcare Analyst, you will be expected to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote the use of data analytics across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining complex data models and databases
- Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborating with IT partners to design and develop reporting and analytic solutions
- Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
Requirements include:
- Masters in Public Health (MPH) or similar degree with a strong working knowledge of statistics or data science
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, including experience with healthcare claims, encounter, and eligibility data
- Familiarity with industry-standard schemas, such as ICD-10 coding, NDCs, and HCPCS
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL queries, including the use of JOINs
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $162,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
