Job Summary:

The Spa Front Desk Agent is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. If you are a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for serving others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet guests and members, providing information and directions as necessary.
  • Treatment and Experience Coordination: Instruct guests where they may change and/or dress for Canyon Ranch Spa Club treatments and experiences.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out as necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in periodic product inventory as directed.
  • Facility Tours: Conduct tours of the spa and related facilities.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Must have proper phone etiquette.
  • Technical Skills: Must be open to learning computer reservation systems.
