Garage Door Technologist

A1 Garage Door Service is seeking a highly skilled Garage Door Technologist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will handle Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups, complete garage door inspections, and provide excellent customer service. Our comprehensive training program includes an apprenticeship in your local market and a 4-week training session at our A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, Arizona.

We offer a competitive salary of $25/hour, paid weekly, plus performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K. You will also receive a gas card and tools provided. Steady job flow with your own dispatcher ensures that you'll always have a busy schedule.

1. Handle Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups
2. Complete garage door inspections following a checklist
3. Respond to call-back visits when necessary
4. Educate customers on their doors and findings from the inspection

To succeed in this role, you should have basic knowledge of hand tools, software navigation, and computer use. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. GED or HS diploma not necessary, but reading skills and basic math skills are essential. Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States.
