Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Garage Door Technician to join our team at A1 Garage Door Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality maintenance and repair services for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods.

In this role, you will handle Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups, complete garage door inspections, and provide education to customers on their doors and findings from the inspection. You will also receive POs for the warehouse and update inventory with exact counts, assist Area Managers or Market Leads with load outs for techs and installers, and maintain physical counts in the warehouse and update inventory.

We offer a competitive salary of $25/hour plus performance-based bonuses, paid weekly. Our training program includes a comprehensive apprenticeship and training at our A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, AZ, where you will learn the ins and outs of the job and build upon your skills.
