Front Desk Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced hotel operations professional to join our team as the full-time Guest Services Manager. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and enhancing guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front desk operations, supervising staff, and developing strategies to improve guest loyalty. This is a full-time opportunity requiring flexibility in scheduling, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring hotel consistency in quality standards.
Job Summary:
- Manage front desk operations to ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Select, train, evaluate, develop, and motivate front desk associates
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Demonstrated business communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
