About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Titan Industries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the procurement of technical products, including manufacturing parts and electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure technical products, including manufacturing parts and electronic assemblies, in accordance with drawings and specifications
  • Obtain and compare offers from suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms
  • Create and manage orders, framework contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency
  • Collaborate with production planning, design, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities
  • Develop and maintain purchasing reports and analyses to inform procurement decisions
Requirements
  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, electrician, mechatronics technician, technician, or similar qualification
  • First-hand experience in technical procurement, procurement processes, and materials management
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electronic manufacturing techniques
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central and MS Office
  • Dedicated, communicative, and team-oriented individual with a structured approach to work
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
