This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Lockheed Martin's team as a Senior Computer Applications Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our customers, focusing on the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for ALIS, ensuring that customers have the necessary skills to operate and maintain the system.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, instructional guides, and assessment tools.
- Conduct training sessions, both in-class and online, to ensure that customers understand the system's capabilities and limitations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Extensive knowledge of ALIS and its applications in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, for extended periods of time.
- Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain a higher clearance level as required.
