CFD Research Corporation is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Coordinator. This role is pivotal in the early phases of the hiring process, ensuring a robust pool of qualified candidates.
The selected individual will also provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) teams, liaising with Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders to foster a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ diverse sourcing strategies and tools to discover potential and passive candidates through online databases, job boards, social media platforms, and networking to attract top talent.
- Coordinate complex interview schedules with candidates.
- Assess applicants and update their statuses in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to effectively guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain precise and current candidate information within the ATS.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Travel for Career Fairs and Hiring Events may be required based on the needs of the TA team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or high-volume recruiting role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, research, and candidate generation skills, including proficiency in Boolean search and familiarity with job board platforms.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to manage complex interview scheduling across multiple calendars, including both in-person and virtual interviews.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a metrics-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and capable of creating and updating basic Excel spreadsheets, PDF, and Word documents.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively meet the demands of various internal stakeholders and candidates.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
