About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Community Health Advocate to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market healthcare services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources in Douglas county and parts of Cobb county.
  • Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff to promote professional relationships and improve the agency's position in the community.
  • Conduct presentations, educational luncheons, and host events to introduce home health care services to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial and market share goals.
  • Interact with Directors and Supervisors regarding maintenance of accounts and regularly consult with the Administrator on marketing/sales activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with referral sources through ongoing assessment and coordinate on-site discharge planning when needed.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience (plus for Home Health experience).
  • Licensed clinical experience is preferred.
  • Established community relationships/connections/referrals.
  • Excellent people and relationship skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work well independently and in groups.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated personality, self-starter, genuine, empathetic, problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable regarding standards of practice for all services offered.
  • Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance.
  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings.
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic sales skills.
