Position: Experienced HVAC Technician or Commercial HVAC Service Specialist (4+ Years)

Compensation: $35-50/hr, depending on expertise and proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine and urgent maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack refrigeration.
  • Perform inspections, startups, troubleshooting, and repairs to guarantee system performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and rectify issues, reducing downtime.
  • Accurately interpret engineering schematics and technical documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to local and federal regulations (e.g., NFPA 54, NFPA 31, EPA, CSD1).
  • Maintain and service HVAC systems, BMS controllers, BAS, and independent controls.
  • Exhibit expertise in proper refrigeration methods and brazing practices.

Required Certifications:

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Universal EPA certification (Mandatory)
  • Valid driver's license (Mandatory)
