About the Role

As a pediatric nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a team that values its nurses and operates with a strong set of core values: Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Compassion, and Social Responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to medically fragile children
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the child's needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the child's physician
  • Monitor the child's condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
