Job Summary:
As a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing services to pediatric patients in their homes, including tracheostomy tube care, G-button feeding tube management, and other specialized care needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in pediatric private duty nursing.
- LVN/RN license in good standing.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will be working in patients' homes, providing care and support to pediatric patients and their families.
