Clover Health is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and strategy of our SaaS subsidiary, Counterpart Health.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast operating results and support budgeting and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting for our SaaS business.
- Provide monthly budget variance analysis and insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform Return-on-Investment (ROI) analysis and provide recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, investment banking, PE/VC/HF, or management consulting.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment, with value-based care, healthcare technology, and SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
- SQL skills preferred, but not required.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
