Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast operating results and support budgeting and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting for our SaaS business.
  • Provide monthly budget variance analysis and insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform Return-on-Investment (ROI) analysis and provide recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, investment banking, PE/VC/HF, or management consulting.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment, with value-based care, healthcare technology, and SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
  • SQL skills preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
