Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft and shoplifting
  • Engage with customers and associates in a friendly and professional manner, promoting a positive shopping experience
  • Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to management
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in shortage reduction and customer service
  • Work collaboratively with store leadership to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with visual monitoring of the store environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a positive demeanor and strong posture
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision-making
