Job Title: Radiologic Technology Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified Radiologic Technology Instructor to join our team at Mt. San Antonio College. As an Adjunct Professor, you will be responsible for teaching Radiologic Technology courses and contributing to the development of our students.

Job Summary:

The Radiologic Technology Instructor will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses, including radiographic procedures, patient care, and imaging sciences. You will work closely with our department chair and colleagues to plan and implement curricular and educational projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Radiologic Technology courses, including radiographic procedures, patient care, and imaging sciences
  • Develop and utilize effective pedagogical techniques to enhance student learning and critical thinking
  • Cooperate with the department chair and colleagues to plan and implement curricular and educational projects
  • Adhere to ethical principles governing interactions with students and colleagues
  • Be prompt and regular in attendance at all class meetings and adhere to scheduled dismissal times
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • 2 years of professional experience in Radiologic Technology
  • Commitment to the community college goals and objectives of providing quality programs and services for students with diverse abilities and interests
  • Personal qualities to work effectively and sensitively in a multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills to students orally and in writing
