Job Summary

The Client Services Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for building relationships with commercial and industrial clients across the United States and Canada. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage facilities waste and byproducts into various outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to service requests from clients via phone or email, obtaining necessary information to execute services and create work orders.
  • Execute work orders in a timely manner, ensuring complete and accurate information for billing purposes.
  • Schedule service requests with vendors and confirm completion of services.
  • Coordinate with the Sourcing Group to obtain pricing from haulers and end sites, comparing prices with other vendors as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues such as equipment repairs, material quality, and additional service fees.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable departments to ensure accurate billing.
  • Preschedule weekly services and proactively contact clients before holidays.
  • Communicate regularly with account managers about client services, including equipment repairs and repair changes.

Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.

  • Excellent relationship management, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
