Position Overview

RGA Reinsurance Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Global Financial Solutions department. As a summer intern, you will have the opportunity to work on data analytics and testing projects, gaining valuable experience in the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing of new development under Project COPA, ensuring accurate calculations of annuity payments and working closely with valuation and finance stakeholders.
  • Reconcile data and develop automation solutions to streamline manual processes, utilizing tools such as Alteryx and SQL.
  • Partner with developers and business analysts to deliver client data onboarding and policy administration capabilities.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply.
  • Effective analytical skills, with experience in coding and SQL a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
