Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Communications Telecommunicator/Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Emergency Calls:
  • Taking accurate and detailed information from callers
  • Dispatching emergency responders to the scene
  • Providing critical information to emergency responders and the public
