Gastroenterology Specialist

At Carle Health, we are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Outpatient Gastroenterology team in Peoria, Illinois. This role presents a unique opportunity to practice exclusively in an outpatient setting with a well-established and reputable GI practice.

• We are looking for a skilled provider to perform comprehensive patient care, including history and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting lab and imaging results, prescribing medication, and following up with patients after procedures.
• This position offers a daytime schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, providing a great work-life balance.
• Our team is comprised of experienced gastroenterologists and advanced practice nurses who will provide support and guidance throughout your career.

• Perform H&P on new patients and see return patients for various GI conditions.
• Order and interpret lab and imaging results, prescribe medication, and follow up after procedures to review pathology with patients.
• Collaborate with a cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff to build a strong practice.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.
