Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care by greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring their comfort, and educating them throughout the treatment process.
- Prioritize patient health by conducting thorough reviews of medical history and maintaining accurate records.
- Operate advanced diagnostic equipment, such as iTero 3D scanners and digital photography, to support clinical excellence.
- Work collaboratively with supported dentists to provide chairside assistance during diverse procedures, adhering to state regulations.
- Leverage Dentrix software to streamline patient scheduling and record management.
- Maintain treatment rooms according to strict safety standards and protocols.
- Optimize supply and inventory levels, ensuring seamless workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and contribute to the success of our team.
