Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual income between $205,000 and $450,000, with no production targets. Our comprehensive benefits package includes company-provided insurance, including malpractice, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a company match and deferred compensation programs designed to maximize savings and take-home income.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented General Dentist to lead our practice and provide top-notch patient care. The ideal candidate will be an accredited dental school graduate with a current WA State Dental License or the ability to acquire one by the time of employment. We focus on a commitment to patient care, operational and clinical excellence, personal accountability, building relationships, and seeking out innovative approaches to support our patients and teams.

The position includes mentorship opportunities, full practice management support, and the latest dental technology, ensuring a focus on patient care and work-life balance. We offer flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 4 days a week, and a predominantly PPO practice. Our comprehensive dental office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including 3D iTero scanners and lasers.

We are open to new graduates and encourage candidates who are considering relocating into the area to apply. We offer relocation assistance and state license reimbursement, as well as H-1B, TN, or Green Card sponsorship.
