Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical guidance in Appian and execute development, design, implementation, and architectural specification tasks.
  • Assess the feasibility of IT outputs, suggest development alternatives, and validate the technical outputs of the team while conducting thorough testing, including functionality, technical constraints, and security measures.
  • Evaluate potential solutions and endorse technical proposals from team members, escalating intricate technical challenges to IT specialists.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges promptly, investigating issues and conducting root cause analysis while anticipating technological obstacles and mitigating them; maintain communication with key stakeholders regarding project challenges and implications.
  • Engage in design, coding, and testing reviews throughout the project lifecycle to pinpoint issues.
  • Articulate technical considerations during relevant meetings, including discussions with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct systems analysis activities; regularly update stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior management, on project status and challenges.
Required Qualifications/Technical Skills
  • More than 8 years of comprehensive industry experience with substantial expertise in designing and developing applications utilizing the Appian Platform.
  • Proficient in the design and execution of intricate SAIL interfaces and process models.
  • Appian certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Capable of translating requirements into well-structured solutions.
