About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic RN to join our team at Covenant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, adhering to the highest standards of care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes or concerns to healthcare teams, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas.
  • 1 year of experience as a RN in a clinic or similar setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
