  • Familiarity with order processing and inventory management is required, along with the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • A foundational understanding of basic accounting practices is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for achieving departmental objectives related to accurately monitoring routes for discrepancies. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

1. Analyzing video footage for all pertinent loads to identify any discrepancies or damages during the loading and return processes.

2. Supporting shrinkage investigations related to discrepancies, mispicks, and damages as directed by management and the inventory control team.

3. Accurately documenting and distributing video review logs.

4. Assisting in the monthly inventory assessment as required.

5. Ensuring that video reviews are conducted within a 48-hour timeframe upon receipt of the discrepancy report for each truck.

6. Reviewing video footage as requested by management.

7. Performing additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

8. Adhering to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
