About The JobWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Director to join our team at The Learning Experience #349. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and success of our Center.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
### Business Strategy and Performance
* Develops and executes business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
* Analyzes market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Identifies and addresses areas for improvement in business operations and processes.

### People Leadership
* Leads a team of professionals to achieve business goals and objectives.
* Provides coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Fosters a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.

### Customer Engagement
* Develops and implements customer engagement strategies to increase loyalty and retention.
* Collaborates with marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
* Identifies and addresses customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
