Department Overview

Work within a 12-bed Progressive Care Unit/Telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. Our team consists of RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily facing respiratory and cardiac challenges. This position allows you to operate in a dynamic setting, utilizing advanced monitoring technologies to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must possess a current Registered Nurse license in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state. Additional qualifications include:
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days and maintained
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of hire and maintained thereafter
