Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to join our team at Summers Dance Center of Hope in Chester, PA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ballet and jazz dance technique, as well as experience teaching children of all ages. A positive and outgoing personality, combined with reliable transportation and a willingness to drive to multiple locations, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach 30-45 minute dance classes at our studio during the week after school hours and on weekends
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels
  • Collaborate with our team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our dance program

Requirements:

  • Training in ballet and jazz dance technique
  • Experience teaching children of all ages
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to multiple locations
  • Upbeat and positive personality
  • Independent, self-motivated, reliable, and consistent
