As a First Shift Production Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of production line workers on the canning line during the first shift. You will ensure the efficient and confidential operation of the canning line, consistently meeting production targets and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a confidential supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of canning and production line operations, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of production line workers on the canning line during the first shift.
  • Ensure the efficient and confidential operation of the canning line, consistently meeting production targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment in a discreet manner, promptly addressing any technical issues or breakdowns to minimize disruptions.
  • Confidentially train and develop production line staff, emphasizing the importance of adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  • Oversee confidential inventory management, ordering materials as needed to maintain production without revealing sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other departments while preserving the confidential nature of projects, processes, and information.
  • Implement and uphold strict confidentiality surrounding safety guidelines, fostering a culture of trust and security among the team.
  • Provide confidential reporting on production metrics and contribute to initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage).
  • Extensive experience in a confidential supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of canning and production line operations, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills while ensuring the utmost discretion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a discreet, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to confidentiality in safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work during the first shift and occasional overtime with the highest regard for discretion.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
