Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized patient care, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
  • Answer patient calls and determine the best course of action to provide assistance.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Ensure patients receive an appropriate diet by considering dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and nurses to stay informed about patient conditions and treatment plans.
  • Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate, as requested.
  • Detect issues requiring medical attention, such as open wounds, bruises, or blood in urine.
  • Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
  • Document observations of patient behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms.

Requirements:

  • State Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • The ability to think independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:
