Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized patient care, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
- Answer patient calls and determine the best course of action to provide assistance.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure patients receive an appropriate diet by considering dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and nurses to stay informed about patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate, as requested.
- Detect issues requiring medical attention, such as open wounds, bruises, or blood in urine.
- Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
- Document observations of patient behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms.
Requirements:
- State Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- The ability to think independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
