Job Description

As an LPN on our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions. You can choose from morning, evening, or overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current valid nursing license in the United States
  • Have graduated from a qualified nursing program
Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21-$30+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
