Job Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic Marketing Representative who excels in cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with referral associates. The successful candidate will take charge of expanding our network of referral associates, generating leads, minimizing customer acquisition expenses, organizing event booth presentations, and enhancing brand visibility through effective networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Foster Referral Associate Relationships:
  • Identify and build connections with referral associates, including industry leaders,

associations, and complementary service providers.

  • Strengthen existing relationships to encourage referrals and business opportunities.
  • Document all activities, leads, and partnerships within the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate and current information on leads and prospects.
  • Coordinate logistics for event booth presentations, including pre-event planning, setup,

staffing, and post-event follow-up.

  • Maximize lead generation and brand visibility at events.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and

conversion strategies.

  • Employ outreach strategies via LinkedIn and other licensed platforms to meet outreach

objectives.

  • Fulfill weekly cold calling requirements to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.
  • Utilize professional networking and social media platforms to boost brand awareness and

promote company services.

  • Implement strategies to enhance our visibility and credibility within target markets.
  • No Closing Required: Focus on generating leads without the necessity to finalize sales.

Expectations:

  • Provide potential referral associates with a positive experience in a professional manner.
  • This position requires a commitment of 40+ hours per week.
  • Maintain cleanliness of company or personal vehicles at all times.
  • Become proficient in company technology.
  • Follow up with referral associates multiple times throughout the referral process.
  • Participate in networking groups to drive additional leads for the company.
  • Report to the sales manager or, in their absence, to the General Manager and/or owner.
  • Engage in sales training to enhance the effectiveness of referral partners.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Act as the primary contact for referral associates regarding any inquiries or issues related to referrals.
  • Address concerns from referral associates promptly and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent
  • experience) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Office Suite.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development purposes.

Training:

  • The Marketing Representative will undergo an initial training program to learn about our technology, processes, and business referral program. Only upon successful completion of this training will the representative proceed.
