Job Description

This Credit Card Process Expert position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our credit card billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reports and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Negotiate with merchant processors and issuers to secure best-in-class services and fees
  • Achieve and maintain 99%+ billing success rates, including minimizing hard/soft declines and ensuring seamless card update processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Excel / SQL experience with demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration
  • A solid foundation (6+ years) of industry experience and accounting smarts
