Restoration Operations Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functions of the business unit, ensuring effective management of resources and technician teams, with a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
- Conduct carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning tasks as required.
- Execute water, fire, and mold restoration and mitigation projects as necessary.
- Implement strategic initiatives aimed at successful openings, reputation enhancement, and revenue growth.
- Maintain high service delivery standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to boost Voda's brand recognition in the area.
- Manage resources on a per-job basis.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of technician staff within the first year.
- Report to franchise ownership while receiving administrative support.
Restoration Operations Supervisor Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within the cleaning and restoration sector.
- IICRC certification is preferred.
- Strong business insight.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Xactimate is a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
