Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead our sales floor team and drive business results. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular store walks to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained store environment.
  • Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Partner with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other retail software applications.
