Responsibilities

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients to visualize internal structures and assess medical conditions. You will operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, prepare and position patients for ultrasound procedures, and analyze and interpret ultrasound images. You will also collaborate with medical and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

You must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field, certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), and state licensure as required. You must also be proficient in operating ultrasound equipment and conducting various ultrasound examinations.
