Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Chesterwood Village in West Chester, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role:This full-time position involves providing nursing care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting comprehensive patient assessments. You will work closely with our experienced healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized care to patients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop effective care plans.
- Lead and motivate nursing assistants to achieve outstanding results.
- Current Ohio RN certification and strong clinical skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Point Click Care (PCC) software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Instructor-led CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- A competitive salary range of $35-$41 per hour, plus shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.
