You will have the chance to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform vascular access evaluations pre-treatment and record findings.
- Conduct pre and post-dialysis evaluations, including vital signs and weight checks.
- Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide interventions as prescribed by physician orders or directed by the nurse supervisor.
- Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy and document treatment information accurately.
- Obtain all prescribed laboratory testing and prepare specimens for collection.
To be successful in this role, you must have a nursing degree from an accredited nursing program and obtain a nursing license within 90 days of employment. Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility is preferred.
