Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and coordinate the nursing process to provide exceptional care to residents based on The Waters' service standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare entities to assess resident care needs and adjust service plans accordingly.
- Identify clinical education needs and conduct comprehensive assessments to promote successful outcomes.
- Assign and oversee delegation of services to subordinate team members.
- Respond to unexpected situations, including emergency response system calls and security issues.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing by the state.
- Preferred two years of general nursing experience within a geriatric setting.
- Dementia certification or willingness to become certified.
- Preferred previous supervisory and leadership experience.
