Salary and Benefits
The salary package for this role includes a highly competitive pay rate, which is estimated to be around $150,000 per year based on 36 hours of work per week and 12 hour shifts. This includes tax-free stipend amounts and other benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Additionally, there is an aggressive refer-a-friend bonus program and reimbursement for licensure and CEU's.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other health team members, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Other key responsibilities include administering medications as ordered, monitoring patients' responses to interventions, and transporting patients as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, technical/motor skills, and mental requirements such as the ability to cope with frequent contact with the general public and meet deadlines under pressure.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should have one to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse and hold relevant certifications. A strong understanding of Progressive Care Units and the ability to read and comprehend written instructions are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess critical thinking skills, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
