About the Job:
- Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry
- Location: Spokane, Washington
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 48 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic bedside care to patients in Telemetry units
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting electronic displays and recording data
- Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team members, initiating corrective action as needed
- Perform tasks such as standing and walking for long periods, bending, leaning, and stooping without difficulty, lifting up to 50 pounds (occasionally)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' recent acute care experience
- ACLS, BLS certifications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
- Potential salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience and location)
- Paid sick leave, available after 90 days of employment
- Travel reimbursement up to $1,000
- Liability, vision, dental, and health insurance from day one
