  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Hours: 48 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic bedside care to patients in Telemetry units
  • Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting electronic displays and recording data
  • Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team members, initiating corrective action as needed
  • Perform tasks such as standing and walking for long periods, bending, leaning, and stooping without difficulty, lifting up to 50 pounds (occasionally)

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' recent acute care experience
  • ACLS, BLS certifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Potential salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience and location)
  • Paid sick leave, available after 90 days of employment
  • Travel reimbursement up to $1,000
  • Liability, vision, dental, and health insurance from day one
