Job Overview

1st Shift - Logistics Coordinator - $18/hr.

Join a dynamic team at a company specializing in the trade of new, used, and refurbished pallets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Perform data entry tasks including creating outbound Bills of Lading, dispatch boards, and tickets.
  • Handle inquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for trucks, coordinating with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movements while keeping customers informed of estimated arrival times.
  • Oversee inventory management.
  • Send document receipts as needed.
  • Respond to all incoming emails and calls promptly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating computer systems effectively.
  • Strong record-keeping and customer service skills to facilitate efficient material movement and transportation.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing shipping documents for accuracy.
  • Ability to arrange special shipping requirements as necessary.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Collaborate with production teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments of materials.

Candidates will be responsible for monitoring materials and maintaining communication with management to effectively manage inventory for ongoing and upcoming projects. You will also coordinate with transportation providers to ensure efficient shipment movements.
