This key role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of nursing services across the hospital, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve nursing practice, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of nursing directors and managers to ensure effective delivery of nursing services
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to standardize nursing practice and improve quality outcomes
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or related field
