Responsibilities:- Design and implement business process networks using virtual assistant technology that integrate with other systems, focusing on user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate feasibility, obtain technical requirements, and optimize processes during the development cycle.
- Implement processes into the Virtual Assistant using the BPMN standard.
- Develop and maintain a script library for use across multiple domains.
- Perform unit testing during the development phase to ensure adequate error handling.
- Provide timely resolutions or workarounds for bugs or outages.
- Good understanding of at least one scripting language, such as JavaScript or Groovy.
- Understanding of OOP concepts.
- Experience with DevOps and agile methodology.
- Knowledge of integration frameworks like Apache CAMEL or similar technologies.
- Understanding of various web services, including REST and/or SOAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing AI conversational experiences via chatbots or virtual assistants at enterprise scale.
