Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to travel extensively (180+ days per year)
  • Support in recruiting, scheduling staff, establishing work priorities, training, managing timesheets, and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of materials and equipment for upcoming projects
  • Review procurement processes for parts, materials, equipment, and tools
  • Assist in dispatching services to the correct technicians
  • Ensure timely completion of projects to meet customer satisfaction and conduct on-site inspections
  • Review service documentation and ensure compliance with reporting and documentation standards
  • Assist in monitoring safety reporting protocols
  • Provide accurate reports and updates regarding labor costs, work schedules, billing, and payroll
  • Deliver coaching, feedback, and ongoing training in technical and communication skills to enhance team performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in catastrophic restoration
  • Strong customer service capabilities
