We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Allan Vigil Ford. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate weekly job postings and schedule drug tests and background checks for potential employees
- Review and process new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Update I-9 forms and maintain accurate records of employee terminations
- Assist with monthly insurance enrollment and benefits administration
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Administrative and clerical experience, with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
