Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and make a significant difference in the lives of elementary students. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting re-evaluations, collaborating with on-site SLPs, and creating effective therapy schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Perform thorough evaluations of students' speech and language skills, and create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to individual needs.
  • Therapeutic Services: Deliver speech-language therapy, focusing on articulation, language development, and communication strategies that foster academic success.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate speech-language strategies into classroom routines.
  • Documentation: Keep precise and comprehensive records of student progress, therapy plans, and session notes.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license, and experience in a school setting or working with children with diverse needs.
