Sales Associate Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exemplary customer service standards.
  • Adhere to company cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of store interiors and exteriors in accordance with company standards.
  • Restock and rotate products, including those in coolers and/or freezers.
  • Complete required training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
  • Follow general company rules of conduct and ethical guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Standing/Walking: 50%
  • Lifting: Up to 40 pounds: 10%

  • Squatting/Stooping: 5%
  • Climbing: 5%
  • Reaching: 10%

Travel Requirements: No overnight stays required.

Handle Hazardous Materials: 5%

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
  • Read, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade level.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale skills necessary.
