Compensation: Starting at a minimum of $23.50 per hour, combining hourly wages and commission.

Work Schedule: Flexibility is essential, with shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM, Monday through Saturday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sundays. Expect varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, averaging 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass personal sales targets while ensuring an exceptional experience for SCHEELS customers.
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries regarding product location, pricing, and usage.
  • Adhere to customer requests while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Analyze sales reports to make informed decisions on inventory management and merchandising.
  • Restock and arrange merchandise according to SCHEELS standards.
  • Engage professionally with vendors and external sales representatives.
  • Train team members on product knowledge and usage.
  • Facilitate and prepare for product knowledge and sales meetings as required.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions focused on sales and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute positively to team dynamics.
