Job Summary

Crafton Tull is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will play a critical role in determining precise locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, land division, titles, or other purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
  • Prepare survey descriptions and plats for assigned jobs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate survey plans with clients, project managers, civil authorities, and crews to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are completed according to plan schedules, company policy, and production standards.
  • Prepare detailed dimensional surveys, altitudinal, and topographic plats for various projects, including highway plans, survey, topographic maps, streets, sewer, and water control projects.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PS) or Licensed Surveyor In Training (SI) in Arkansas.
  • 2-5 years of direct experience or 5-8 years of related experience and training.
  • Degree from an accredited Survey program.
