Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Baker Botts is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Office Administrator and assist other Managers with various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Administrator, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating events.
  • Assist other Managers with various tasks and projects, such as data entry, research, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other tools to support business operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book conference rooms, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree in General Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in a professional business environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires a five-day workweek and standard hours as outlined in the firm policy manual. Work frequently requires more than the regularly scheduled hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position, especially during the spring and fall months.
